Find a new therapist at any stage
You might find after the first session or a few sessions that the therapist isn't the right fit for you. If you decide at any stage that you want to find a new therapist, you can choose one that's better suited to you.
Therapists understand that sometimes there isn't the right connection between a person and their therapist. It is important that you're supported by a therapist that's right for you. You can change therapists by:
- asking your current therapist or the organisation you've chosen to help connect you with a different therapist
- using the search tool to find another therapist that may be more suited to what you are looking for.
